NYT Strands Today (Game #700): The Answers
The answers to today’s 700th Strands game are…
- GRANT
- PREMIUM
- GRANT
- OFFERING
- PRESENT
- DONATION
- SPANGRAM: GENEROSITY
- My rating: Hard
- My score: Perfect
Despite not needing hints, I rate this game as difficult because it took me a long time to find all the words.
Part of the difficulty was that all the words (with the exception of GRANT) read from right to left, something I still struggle with despite having played this game for several years.
GENEROSITY is one of humanity’s most important traits, but as with many, if not all, search words today, it is too often associated with financial generosity rather than the generosity of kindness, which is something we can all afford.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Saturday, January 31, game #699)
- BASE
- BASKET
- PALLETTE
- FOOT
- PICKLE
- RACKET
- VOLLEY
- SPANGRAM: HAVEABALL
