NYT Strands Today (Game #672): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 672 are…
- HALF
- ORACLE
- CLAIRVOYANT
- telepath
- PSYCHIC
- SPANGRAM: SIXTH SENSE
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 2 tracks
This was one of those very difficult games where even getting a hint presented a challenge, especially for those of us for whom our spelling isn’t the best.
This was also an interesting game in that several of the non-game words seemed to match the in-game words.
I was also surprised by how many different words we have – whether you believe it or not – for people who claim to be able to talk to those who have passed away and how none of them embrace modern technology. Mortal communications, it seems, have remained stubbornly analog.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Saturday, January 3, game #671)
- INVENTIVE
- SEMINAL
- COOL
- ORIGINAL
- NOVEL
- SPANGRAM: INNOVATION
