NYT Strands Today (Game #690): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 690 are…
- BLISS
- ECSTASY
- ELATION
- EUPHORIA
- RHAPSODY
- SPANGRAM: SEVENTH HEAVEN
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 3 tracks
I didn’t get much sleep last night, so I had a hard time concentrating on today’s word search and needed three clues to get across the line, and that was after I saw BLISS in my usual starting spot in the left corner.
So, since there were only five search words, my success rate, including spangram, was a terrible 50%.
My unfortunate viewing prompted me to stream Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody. Along with baker street by Gerry Rafferty and Breakfast in America by Supertramp is one of the 70s songs that I hate to admit that I really like.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Wednesday, January 21, game #689)
- GLOAT
- ANNOY
- BURP
- SHOUT
- STARE
- SPOT
- INTERRUPT
- SPANGRAM: DONTBERUDE
