Strands is the latest NYT word game after Wordle, Spelling Bee, and Connections, and it’s a lot of fun. It can be difficult, though, so read on for my Strands suggestions.

Most of my non-game words today ended up being part of the game words (“rough,” “table”) and spangram (I had both “dyed” and “wool” before DYEDINTHEWOOL).
Unconditional is not usually meant as a compliment, as it often refers to someone permanently stuck in their ways who is unable to change their mind about something even if all the evidence suggests they should, a characteristic that has become increasingly common in the Western world despite the volatility of modern life.
That being said, I’m pretty set on playing Strands and today the top left corner was the key to the ENTIRE game.
