NYT Strands Today (Game #633): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 633 are…
- DON’T WORRY
- COACH
- MEAL
- OBSERVATION
- SLEEPING
- SPANGRAM: PASSENGER TRAIN
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 2 tracks
Sometimes seeing part of a word is what helps you find the whole word. This was the case today when I worked backwards from TION to get the longest in-game word OBSERVATION.
After finding QUIET and not understanding its meaning, I took two tracks: COACH and DINING before landing on that extra-long spangram, which, very pleasingly, was shaped like a train.
The best thing about Amtrak’s OBSERVATION car is that it has seats that face sideways instead of the direction of travel, making the view the star, something that is unique in my experience of traveling by train.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Tuesday, November 25, game #632)
- SUMMIT
- APEX
- SUMMIT
- PINNACLE
- TOP
- HEIGHT
- ZENITH
- SPANGRAM: UPPER LIMIT
