- Sharks

I love how some hockey teams have very elementary names. Both examples in today’s puzzle, Tampa Bay Lightning and Colorado Avalanche, sound very male and terrifying, which is very necessary for hockey equipment. I wonder if they had to have a focal group to decide and what options were fired. Wind maybe, or drizzle.
If London ever got an NHL team that could maintain with the subject and call themselves London Fog, fans could call themselves the nebes, the people who had stayed with the team for many years could be called themselves the old fogs.
Anyway, I’m wandering. Both names at least have some connection with the ice, unlike many others, including airplanes and flames, the latter being particularly worrying, since heat melts ice.
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.
Yesterday Nyt Strands responses (Friday, February 14, game #348)
