Strands is the last word game of the NYT after the tastes of Wordle, Spelling Bee and Connections, and is very fun. However, it can be difficult, so keep reading for my threads.
Do you want more words based on words? Then, look at my nyt connections today and Quordle Today pages for suggestions and answers for those games, and Marc Wordle Today’s page for the original viral word game.
Spoiler warning: Nyt Strands information today is below, so don’t read if you don’t want to know the answers.

NYT Strands Today (game #332) – The answers
The responses to today’s threads, game #332, are …
- SOCK
- GLOVE
- STICK
- SHADE
- FINGER
- PUPPET
- Spangram: Puppet Master
- My qualification: Moderate
- My score: 2 tracks
Another super long spangram snake, so much time that although I had received all the main words, I still fought to identify it.
This was one of those puzzles where nothing made sense until it was done. When I saw the track, and the first two words I got were sock and glove, I initially thought we were looking for words connected to boxing.
It was not until I saw Marionette, there is definitely no boxing connection there, that reality slowly began to dawn and misty memories of Sesame Street It appeared in the eye of my mind.
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.
Yesterday Nyt Strands responses (Tuesday, January 28, game #331)
- CROP
- KIDNEYS
- SADDLE
- LEVERAGE
- FLANGE
- SPURS
- Spangram: riding
