NYT Strands Today (Game #307): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 307 are…
- RAGE
- SOUND
- CRIME
- PUNISHMENT
- PRIDE
- PREJUDICE
- SPANGRAM: BOOK TITLES
- My rating: Easy
- My score: Perfect
Today’s Strands gave us another puzzle to impress us with: matching two halves of a classic book title. If the couple you think of when you watch FURY is Usyk, then this may have seemed pretty complicated to you.
I was familiar with PRIDE and PREJUDICE (not the zombie version) and CRIME and PUNISHMENT, but I must admit to total ignorance of The SOUND and THE FURY and I think that will remain the case as I have a list of about 100 others. books to read before delving into a novel that Goodreads describes as “climbing through a barbed wire fence at the bottom of a swamp.”
How was today? Send me an email and let me know.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Friday, January 3, game #306)
- DOOR
- HOOD
- TRUNK
- MIRROR
- BUMPER
- GRID
- WINDSHIELD
- SPANGRAM: CAR BODY
