NYT Strands Today (Game #324): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 324 are…
- CHERRY
- BOSS
- IMPORTANT
- FANTASTIC
- COOL
- RADICAL
- TUBULAR
- SPANGRAM: dated slang
- My rating: Moderate
- My score: 2 tracks
As someone who still greets old friends with a print of a 1990s Budweiser commercial, I have no problem calling the “SLANG” included on today’s Strands “Dated” as if it’s boring or something. In fact, I’m upset about it. I just stopped saying Cowabunga when my team scores a goal.
Having said all that, I still had a little trouble solving today’s puzzle. Even though they were the last two words, it took me a long time to find RADICAL and TUBULAR; I mean, I’m sure RALUBUT is slang for something somewhere.
How was today? Let me know in the comments below.
Answers from yesterday’s NYT Strands (Monday, January 20, game #323)
- HATTER
- RABBIT
- CROQUET
- DORMOUSE
- CATERPILLAR
- SPANGRAM: WONDERLAND
