- Target could have spoiled two intelligent glasses from Connect
- They appeared in a video now eliminated on their YouTube channel
- You could also have shown a third pair of new glasses.
You hate seeing it. Well, unless you are a technological journalist who thrives to cover leaks. This is because the Smart Smart Smart Glasses Meta line has apparently been spoiled by a video posted on its own YouTube channel (which has subsequently hidden).
We are just over a goal day Connect 2025 at the time of writing, and based on other leaks and comments of the CTO and CEO of Meta, we have expected an exhibition of smart glasses.
That seems to be the case: as Uploadvr reports, a video that appeared briefly on the social networks of Meta exhibited a pair of glasses called the target screen Ray-Ban, along with a brief description of its entire line, which includes a pair with a viewfinder design: two frames that previously leaked.
The visualization frames are seen as a thick walker, but in exchange for a slightly more dental design, it will apparently obtain some impressive features such as an overlapping of maps on screen for addresses and translations that appear on the text that cannot be understood among others.
They also seem to be controlled by some type of bracelet, which also leaked, with a similar band used to control the Meta Orion prototype glasses.
For me, however, the biggest surprise is the design of the visor we see in the escape, which changes the temple camera to the nose for a more focused video capture perspective.
This framework also made fun of this year to be a sports design of smart glasses developed in collaboration with Oakley.
I will be the first to admit that I had simply assumed that these glasses had been canned instead of the HSTN design that we obtained, but it seems that goal is simply giving us two Oakley frames in a year.
Unfortunately, the trailer does not reveal much about this visor beyond its appearance, although when it was leaked, it was suggested that it will have some sports integrations and characteristics. We will have to wait and see what Meta officially announces if that remains the case and how it manifests.
In that note, as with all the leaks, we must take this video with a pinch of salt. That said, taking into account that the clip was published in the toll of Tunta Meta, I am tilting towards this is an Oopsie by the finish line and revealing too many devices early.
Fortunately, we only have one day to find out if this leak is real or not.
Is a third pair of smart glasses approach?
While there are two obvious additions to the finish line of Meta Smart, there is another pair that I want to highlight, and that is the blue of blue rays interspersed between Oakley’s specifications in the image above.
This is because it currently does not offer meta-ray-bans blue, and I do not think that opaque blue frames have sold as we see here, only blue frames never translucent.
It is possible that Meta simply announce new color combinations for its specifications of Ray-Ban Smart, but, as I have been saying for months, I think it is launching updated Ray-Bans: I am betting that these are those improved specifications.
The updates, in my opinion, would simply bring the Ray-Bans in line with the Oakley HSTN glasses equipping them with the new and improved camera, and the best battery life, that last intelligent goals of the finish line offers.
Once again, we will have to wait and see what goal has the manga, and how much these two or three new pairs cost, but this leak has only excited me more about tune in Connect goal, leaving me wondering if it was not an intentional ‘accident’ to develop the hype.
