Michigan’s football coach, Sherrone Moore, is expected to serve a two -game suspension during the 2025 season as part of the self -imposed sanctions of the 2023 Exploration School of 2023 Connor Stalions, multiple points of sale reported on Monday.
Moore, appointed coach of Chief of Wolverines full time after Jim Harbaugh’s departure, was involved in an alleged series of text messages eliminated between him and the stalls.
It was believed that the messages were exchanged on the same day that the news of the alleged signs robbery scheme became public.

The messages were finally recovered through “Images of devices”, according to a draft notice of accusations of the NCAA obtained in 2024. While Michigan could face future sanctions of the NCAA, the former coach of the state of Ohio, Urban Meyer, pressed for some hard punishment, especially for Moore.
“If you lie as an university soccer coach of the NCAA, in my personal opinion, you finished, you finished,” Meyer said in a recent edition of the “Triple Show options.”
“That is not to make a text message. That is not going to have lunch with someone with whom you are supposed to go to lunch. That is not sending a letter when you are not supposed to do so,” Meyer said. “All frivolous level barter and all those nonsense.”

Meyer acknowledged that his opinion was hard, but said the alleged acts were unacceptable.

“When they caught you, and they say: ‘Did you do this?’ And they refused to cooperate, or refused, or lied, in my strong opinion, you have finished training in the university football of Division I.

Stalion was suspended by Michigan in October 2023 and resigned from his position With the football program the following month. He was appointed defensive coordinator at Detroit Mumford High School in August 2024.
Meyer trained the Buckeyes to the national title after the 2014 regular season, which makes Ohio the state of the winners of the inaugural playoff of university football. The state of Ohio defeated Notre Dame in January to claim his latest national championship.
