Olivia Munn revealed her sweet struggle to achieve her daughter Mei June’s “classic Asian ponytail.”
On Friday, October 24, the actress took to her Instagram account to share a video of one of the “challenging” tasks with her daughter: tying her hair.
In the candid post, little Mei can be seen nibbling on a persimmon fruit while Munn tries out the “classic Asian ponytail” with her daughter.
However, Mei doesn’t seem to like the process, but for Munn “it was worth it.”
The doting mother also revealed that since welcoming a daughter, she was excited to try various hairstyles on her.
“She didn’t love the process, but I think she liked the finished product. Ever since I found out I was having a girl, I’ve been so excited to give her this hairstyle,” Munn wrote in the caption alongside the video.
He went on to say, “She’s very fidgety and doesn’t like to sit still and always wants to be taken down and then up again immediately, so this ponytail was a challenge, but it was worth it.”
And for those asking, that’s a persimmon,” Munn added.
It is pertinent to mention that Munn shares her daughter Mai June and son Malcolm with her husband John Mulaney.
