One of the largest US broadband providers investigates a breach

One of the largest fiber broadband companies in the United States, Brightspeed, is said to be investigating a possible data breach and theft affecting more than one million customers.

Last weekend, a hacking group calling itself Crimson Collective posted a new message on its Telegram channel, notifying its followers about the attack:
