- OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus Pad 3 will be launched on June 5, 2025
- An executive of the company has said that the company is “safe” that the device will be the “best Android table of 2025”
- We are light in the specifications at this time, but we know that the tablet has an elite chipset Snapdragon 8
OnePlus has announced that the OnePlus Pad 3, the last one in the company’s Android tablet line, will be launched on June 5.
The tablet presents a redesigned rear panel and is equipped with the elite chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 8, the most powerful chipset available for Android devices.
The OnePlus Pad 3 will also be loaded with the company’s open canvas multitaree software, which has been updated since the version sent with the OnePlus Pad 2.
This software allows users to open up to three applications on the screen at any time, and seems to be an offer similar to the function of the Apple theater administrator, included with ipo, although with a limit of three applications compared to the four of the iPad.
When commenting on the announcement, Celina Shi, marketing director, OnePlus Europe, said: “We are sure that the OnePlus Pad 3 will be the best Android tablet of 2025!”
That is an ambitious objective, but as our original OnePlus Pad review suggests, the brand is no stranger to produce an ‘flagship murderer’, and with a decent multitage and competitive prices, OnePlus Pad 3 could be a true competitor for the iPad and the initial line iPad air.
The tablet also has compatibility with OnePlus phones, with functions that include sharing screen and reflect.
We still do not have a screen size for the new tablet, but at a glance the appearance ratio seems to be the same or similar to the OnePlus Pad 2 last year, which presented a 12.1 -inch screen in an 7: 5 -looking ratio.
Of course, we still do not have a reference frame for the size of the OnePlus Pad 3 screen, so it could be completely different. OnePlus has not published price information yet.
The OnePlus Pad 3 will be launched in a color, Storm Blue, which seems to be a quite sophisticated blue gray, although everything we have to continue so far are images thrown by OnePlus.
Although the tablet is not yet available to preordinate, United Kingdom customers can reserve a ‘Bonus Pad 3’ bonus drop by £ 1. This places a reserve on the tablet itself, and also includes a discount coupon of £ 50 for the OnePlus Pad 3, as well as a gift code for a double -port 80W supervocator charger.
This implies that the tablet can admit a loading power of 80W or more, as well as to support Supervnooc load technology.
The coupon and the discount code are specific to the user and can only be exchanged with the purchase of a OnePlus Pad 3.
Opposite inspiration?
OnePlus, as a subsidiary of the Chinese Corporation BBK Electronics, has been known for inheriting Oppo designs and technologies, another BBK company.
We saw this with the Foldable OnePlus Open phone, which was indeed a renowned version of the Oppo Find N3.
This provision seems to be reversed with the OnePlus tablets, which generally provide design elements and Hardware to Oppo tablets that appear later: the OPPO Pad 3 Pro seems surprisingly similar to the OnePlus Pad 2, for example.
It tracks, then, that the OnePlus Pad 3 can give us an idea of how the next Oppo tablet could be.
However, that is just speculation. As mentioned, the OnePlus Pad 3 is launched on June 5: let us know what he hopes to see from this Android tablet in the comments below.
