- Operai reveals a new job platform, launching mid -2026
- Certifications will arrive soon to support academy training
- Operai wants to certify 10 million Americans for 2030 in line with US efforts.
Operai has revealed two new schemes designed to prepare the current workforce for the future of AI-AI roles.
The new Operai work platform and OpenAI certifications will be launched in the coming months as the Chatgpt manufacturer declares that he wants to support workers who are probably displaced by AI by making them more “fluids.”
Operai’s CEO, Fidji Simo has already highlighted the solid work Operai has done to democratize access to generative AI by offering a free version of Chatgpt, but the company acknowledged that there is more to do.
Operai will soon have a training platform and training opportunities
“We want to put the AI and the power that comes with her, in the hands of as many people as possible,” Simo wrote.
The company admitted that AI can be harmful, and although it cannot eliminate this interruption, at least it can prepare workers for the next change.
It is expected to be launched in mid -2026, the OpenAI job platform will serve as a hiring platform with AI to match companies with workers who are competent in AI. Simo emphasized that it would be equally useful for smaller recruiters such as larger companies.
To create those workers with AI-A-, the company also plans to launch OpenAI certifications, which will establish a new standard to verify the competition and reassure the runners.
Arriving as a pilot at the end of 2025, it will demonstrate different levels of fluidity to support the recently launched Operai Academy, which offers free online courses that have already helped more than two million people.
Operai claims to have evaluated what elements of workers’ improvement have worked in the past: “We ensure that the training we offer is deeply based on understanding the needs of employers and what skills they need to see in workers, so that we can better match supply and demand.”
The two new programs are launching to support the continuous efforts of the White House to improve AI literacy: OpenAi has pledged to certify 10 million Americans by 2030.
OpenAi confirmed with Techradar Pro that these new releases are only destined to the United States at this time.
