Another world computer science has launched a Thunderbolt 5 coupling station that adopts a different approach to high -speed connectivity.
Its 10GBE dual lan ports can be combined in a single 20 Gbps virtual link, offering performance that no other Dock currently provides.
The OWC Thunderbolt 5 Dual 10Gbe Network Dock is aimed at professionals who work with storage environments or multiple networks. It brings together two 10gbe ports, a 2.5gbe port, three Thunderbolt 5 and four USB connections, replacing the need for multiple adapters.

It is also compatible with device chaining, the connection of up to three 8K screens and runs on an aluminum enclosure without a fan for quiet operation.

The ability to unite the two 10GBE ports through the aggregation of links is what makes this dock stand out.
When connected to the network compatible storage, OWC says that users can reach transfer speeds of up to 20 Gbps, which can reduce workflow delays that require access to shared media or multiple networks.
The performance claims are from the company, and we will have to wait for the first reviews to see what the real world speeds are like.
