ISLAMABAD:
A sub-committee meeting of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on Wednesday reviewed audit objections related to the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB).
The session was chaired by Moeen Amir Pirzada.
On the occasion, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla stated that the PSEB was “not working well”.
PSEB officials said there was a need to appoint technical experts in business development in Pakistani embassies abroad.
Mandviwalla maintained that these professionals are needed “in the market, not in embassies.”
He further noted that the majority of self-employed workers kept their income abroad.
