Passengers are feeling uneasy as airlines like PIA, Qatar Airways and AirSial face disrupted flight operations.

Major airlines operating from Pakistan’s major airports are facing widespread disruptions, with several flights canceled and others delayed, impacting travellers.
Qatar Airways has canceled its return flights 604 and 605 from Karachi to Doha.
AirSial also canceled return flights 121 and 122 from Karachi to Islamabad, as well as multiple flights between Karachi and Lahore, including 141, 142, 143, 144, 125 and 126.
Meanwhile, SalamAir flights from Muscat to Karachi were also cancelled.

The national flag carrier, PIA, continues to experience significant delays on multiple routes. PK300 from Karachi to Islamabad was delayed by five hours, while the flight from Karachi to Lahore was delayed by one hour and 20 minutes.
Flights PK301 and PK309 from Islamabad to Karachi suffered delays of four hours and one hour, respectively, while flights to Gilgit and Toronto suffered delays of 42 minutes and half an hour, respectively.
Also, PIA’s PK455 from Karachi to Skardu was cancelled.
AirBlue flight PA401 from Lahore to Karachi left 48 minutes late, PIA PK303 left an hour late and Qatar Airways flight 611 to Doha faced a ten-minute delay.

The widespread flight disruptions come amid persistent operational challenges, particularly regarding the national flag carrier, which faces an ongoing dispute with its aeronautical engineers.
National and international passengers have suffered significant inconvenience.
