Islamabad:
Pakistan presented on Monday a strong protest with Afghanistan for the use of his land in the recent kidnapping of trains in Sibi, Baluchistan.
According to sources familiar with development. However, there was no official FO statement at the time of submitting this report.
On March 11, terrorists attacked and kidnapped the Jaffar Express in Bolan Pass, keeping more than 400 passengers as hostages for 30 hours. The train was on the way to Quetta to Peshawar.
Pakistani security forces, backed by the Air Force and elite army commands, successfully rescued more than 350 passengers. However, the authorities confirmed that the terrorists killed 26 passengers before the operation began. The 33 attackers were neutralized during operation.
After the attack, Pakistan declared that he had found evidence that indicated that the attackers were in constant contact with their managers in Afghanistan. Subsequently, FO urged the Taliban government to help take the perpetrators before justice.
According to the sources, the same message was transmitted to the Afghan diplomat during Monday’s meeting.
However, the Afghan Taliban rejected Pakistan’s accusations, stating that Baloch’s terrorist groups were not operating since the Afghan territory and had no links with Kabul.
However, a recent monitoring report of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) indicated a close link between the TTP prohibited in Afghanistan and the Bla, the latter assumed the responsibility of the train attack.
The sources also revealed that the FO raised concerns about the participation of Afghan citizens in the recent attack on Bannu’s cliff.
