Pakistan has once again dismissed the affirmation of India that Jammu and Kashmiro are an “integral part” of the country, reiterating that the region remains disputed and its condition is recognized as such by the United Nations and the international community.
“Each official UN map represents Jammu and Kashmira as a dispute territory,” said Gul Qaiser Sarwani, counselor of the UN Pakistan’s mission, while exercising his right of response to the conclusion of a debate from the Security Council of the UN high -level UN Security Council on peace maintenance operations.
Sarwani’s response occurred after Indian Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish repeated the statement of New Delhi that “Kashmir has been, is, and it will always be an integral and inalienable part of India.”
The Indian envoy made the statement in reaction to a speech by Syed Tariq Fatemi, special assistant of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, who had urged the Council of 15 members to implement their own resolutions that require a non -supervised plebiscite to determine the future of Jammu and Kashmir.
“No amount of obfuscation can change the legal, political and historical reality: Jammu and Kashmir are not, and it has never been, a ‘integral’ call of India,” Sarwani said.
He described the region as a “territory in dispute”, whose “final disposition” must be decided by its people through a plebiscite, as ordered by multiple resolutions of the UN Security Council.
Sarwani criticized the strong military presence of India in the region, stating that more than 900,000 troops and paramilitary forces unfold in what he called “the denser occupation in history.”
In addition, he declared that the 100,000 Cashmiris mineral has been killed since 1989 and highlighted the serious violation of India’s human rights, citing reports recorded by the UN.
In response to the Indian accusations of cross -border terrorism, the Pakistani diplomat said: “It is more ironic than India, who is committing the worst form of state terrorism in Jammu and assholed, portrays herself as the victim.”
He added that the occupants and colonizers often label legitimate struggles for self -determination as terrorism.
Sarwani continued to comment that India was orchestrating the subversion and murders directed in foreign countries, and stressed that India finances and supports the anti-Pakistan groups, including the Tehreek-I-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) brigade, the Baloch Liberation Army (Bla) and the Majeed brigade.
Pakistan has constantly maintained that a fair and peaceful resolution of the JAMMU and Kashmir dispute lies in the implementation of UN resolutions and the possession of a plebiscite under the supervision of the UN.

According to the Cashmiro Media Service, in a message from the famous Tihar prison in New Delhi, Masarrat Aalam Butt expressed solidarity with the people of Pakistan, describing the country as a lighthouse of hope for the oppressed puppy and the entire Muslim Ummah.
He stressed that Pakistan, founded on a noble ideology, serves as a great blessing for Muslims around the world.
