Thirteen Pakistani corridors reached the last four hours in the 129 ° Boston Marathon on Monday, with Amin Mukaty and Sara Lodhi emerging as the fastest and female male finalists in the country in the prestigious world marathon specialty.
Amin Mukaty, 23, registered 2:48:47 in the historical course, becoming the Pakistani male finalist faster.
The Karachi -based corridor, which he described in time, published on Instagram: “Heartbreak Hill could not break my heart. The Boston marathon tested my limits but I touched the challenge.”

“It was a challenge with many hills, but I enjoyed it,” Rehman said after the marathon. “I think it was my best career, better than Berlin.”
Other best male finalists included Nizar Nayani (3:01:46), Omer Malik (3:05:40) and Sadiq Shah (3:12:17), the latter completed his second Boston marathon.
In the women’s field, Sara Lodhi led the contingent of Pakistan with a time of 3:24:46.
The mother of three children based in the 39 -year -old Eau directed her ninth career marathon and fifth major. “It is important for me to model that women can achieve anything,” Lodhi said. “Qualifying and performing well here has been a humble trip.”
Six Pakistani runners also obtained the prestigious six -star finishing medal, awarded to those who complete the Six Marathon Specialties of Abbott World. These included Danish Elahi, Adnan Gandhi, Hira Diwan, Yusra Bokhari, Jamal Khan and Nayani.
Elahi, who completed his sixth specialty in Boston, said: “It is not just personal, it is for my family and for the Pakistan career community.”
Dr. Salman Khan, based in the United States (3:24:45), five times Boston finalist and already six -star corridor, said the Pakistani presence in Boston had visibly grown visibly. “It’s a dream come true. More and more Pakistani represent your country internationally.”

The Boston Marathon, held for the first time in 1897, attracted almost 30,000 runners in 2025. The growing presence of Pakistan reflects its expanding footprint in the global distance race.
