The Pakistan Youth Netball team concluded an undefeated campaign of Maldivas Dominantes 60-35 in the final of the Nicball championship of Nicball of Asian Juvenile 2025 (Cup of Division of Dishes) on July 4.
The dominant performance in Jeonju Hwasan Gymnasium saw Pakistan control the game from the opening whistle, sealing his seventh consecutive victory in the tournament and raising the title without a single defeat.
Pakistan opened strong, taking an advantage of 17-5 at the end of the first quarter.
His advantage grew constantly during the game, with the score reading 34-17 in the half time and 45-23 for the third quarter. The Maldives could never close the gap, with Pakistan keeping the composure and rhythm at all times.

The team with Leya Raza Shah, Alisha Naveed, Sumayya Kouser, Halema, Jasmine Farooq, Sumayya, Alina, Amani, Parisa and Farah Rasheed offered a balanced and disciplined performance, with each player contributing to the team’s success.
The final concluded a one -week competition, held under the Netball Asian Federation, which worked from June 27 to July 4 in Jeonju.
Pakistan’s victory in the plaque division adds to the country’s growing reputation in youth sports throughout the region.
Officials of the Netball Federation of Pakistan, including President Mudassir Arian, President Sameen Malik and Secretary General Muhammad Riaz, extended congratulations to the team, qualifying the victory in a proud moment for the sport in Pakistan.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also extended his congratulations to the team, describing him as “great milestone” for women’s sports in Pakistan.
