Pamela Anderson talks about an awkward moment she experienced at the Golden Globes.

The actress revealed that seeing Seth Rogen at the event brought back lingering feelings linked to the controversy. Pam and Tommy Series made without your consent.

Speaking on SiriusXM Radio AndyThe Golden Globe nominee explained that although it seemed like she left the awards show early, her exit was intentional and emotional.

“At the Golden Globes, for example, I didn’t leave early. I left after my award and went straight to bed,” she said, clarifying that being so close to Rogen made her feel uncomfortable.

Tension arises from Hulu 2022 limited series Pam and Tommywhich dramatized the theft and distribution of Anderson’s 1995 private tape with ex-husband Tommy Lee.

Rogen served as executive producer on the project and also played Rand Gauthier, the man who stole and sold the tape.

Anderson emphasized that she was never consulted about the program, a fact that continues to bother her years later.

“Seth Rogen, he did that [miniseries] about me without talking to me, Pam and Tommy,” he said. “How can someone make a television series out of difficult moments in their life? And here I am a living, breathing human being, hello.”

Anderson noticed that Rogen was sitting nearby during the ceremony.

“He was in the pit at the Golden Globes, so we were close,” she explained. “I just felt, ‘I’m not chopped liver here.’ I felt a little weird about that.”

While Anderson said she has stayed busy professionally, working on five films over the past year, she admitted that moments like this can still happen unexpectedly.

She shared that she hopes Rogen one day acknowledges her feelings. “In time, I hope he comes to me and apologizes. Not that that matters.”

Reflecting more broadly, Anderson expressed frustration at how deeply personal experiences often become entertainment.

He said that “the deepest, darkest secrets or tragedies of your life shouldn’t be a fair subject for a television series,” adding that the situation “pissed me off a little bit.”

Rogen, for his part, had a successful night at the Golden Globes, where his Apple TV+ series The study won Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy, along with Best Actor in the same category.

Despite the praise, Anderson’s comments highlight that for her, the emotional impact of Pam and Tommy It’s far from over.
