Panel formed to probe collapse of the railway bridge


LAHORE:

The Pakistan railroads have notified a research committee to investigate the collapse of a passenger bridge at the Khanewal station.

The Committee includes the executive director of Railroads (CEO), the Police General Inspector (IG) and the Deputy Police Superintendent (DSP) LAHORE.

The Committee has the task of fixing the responsibility of the incident and presenting its recommendations.

You have to accumulate your report to the Ministry in 10 days.

Railroad Minister Muhammad Hanif Abbasi said the investigation will not be an eye observation, but that those responsible for the incident will be taken to the task.
