Paris Jackson has spoken out against the executors of her late father Michael Jackson’s estate, and her claims are attracting widespread attention.

His lawyer wrote: “The executors admit to making six-figure extracontractual payments in 2018, and likely paid millions more in undisclosed gifts over the past seven years. Such conduct, born of convenience and arrogance, is indefensible.”

The executors’ only defense, according to Jackson’s team, is a “conclusive assertion” that such payments to music lawyers “are not uncommon,” an argument his team says lacks evidence or accountability.
Paris’ lawyers argued that the executors “did not calculate the 2018 donations based on any metrics,” “did not initially disclose them,” and have “no right to object” to his request since their evidence came from their own documents.
His lawyer added: “The executors are not immune from criticism based on the misconduct revealed in their filings.”
