An accountability court on Thursday summoned former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and other accused for reframing charges into a reference to corruption and bribery related to Gujrat development projects.
Accountability Court Judge Rana Muhammad Arif conducted the proceedings. Former principal secretary to Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Khan Bhatti appeared before the court along with other co-accused.
During the process, copies of the complementary reference were given to the two new defendants.
