The long wait continues for passengers waiting for the resumption of PIA flights to the United Kingdom, since the offices of the national flag throughout the country see a growing influx of anxious travelers looking for updates.
Although more than three weeks have passed since the United Kingdom lifted its PIA trip prohibition, the national carrier has not yet restarted its direct flight operations.
PIA officials say that all operational preparations have been completed, but the launch now depends on the issuance of the third -party countries license by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority, a requirement for non -European airlines to operate within the United Kingdom.
