Patrick Mahomes chose a bad time to play perhaps the worst game of his career.
Mahomes had only 33 air yards in the first half of the Super Bowl Lix, the lowest of his career. Despite three touchdowns in the second half, it was too little late, and their bosses of Kansas City were expelled, 40-22, by the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Chiefs went for their third consecutive title of the Super Bowl, a race that began two years ago against the same eagles. However, the defense of the birds had other plans.

The Eagles were able to fire Mahomes six times, pick it up twice (including a pick-six) and completely throw it from their game.
The green t -shirts were on the face of Mohamses all night. Even more impressive is that the Eagles were not bombarded once throughout the game.
While not necessarily obtained help from his line or offensive weapons, Mohamses blamed the hard loss.
