The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has acclaimed the rapid update of the Gaddafi stadium as a unique record in the world of Cricket.
The president of PCB, Mohsin Naqvi, visited the Early Stadium in the morning, where he inspected the final work on several floors and hospitality boxes, ensuring the quality of the railings placed in front of the boxes.
Naqvi ordered that the final work completely completes while maintaining high standards. In addition, he declared that the end of the stadium is imminent, with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif ready to inaugurate it on February 7.
Naqvi added that spectators who attend Champions Trophy’s games can enjoy the newly improved stadium facilities.
The PCB has officially recognized the completion of 99% of the Gaddafi stadium in just 110 days as a world record in the Cricket.
After the renewal, the stadium will now accommodate 10,000 additional spectators, which will raise the total capacity of seats to 34,000, allowing more fans to enjoy live matches.
On the other hand, the president of the Cricket Board of Pakistan (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi, announced that the newly renewed Gaddafi stadium in Lahore will be inaugurated in the first week of February, ahead of the Men’s Men’s Men’s Men’s Men’s 2025 ICC trophy.
