The Federal Minister of Information and Transmission of Attaullah Tarar warned Thursday that India’s actions could destabilize peace throughout the south of Asia.
When addressing a political dialogue about peace in the region, Tarar alleged that India was involved in regional terrorism and pointed to her role in the pulwama incident.
He reiterated the long -standing position of Pakistan that the country has been a victim of terrorism and has lost 90,000 lives in the war against him.
“Pakistan made sacrifices to protect the world from terrorism,” Tarar said, adding that accusing Pakistan of participation in pulwama was not justified.
He pointed out that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had offered an investigation into the attack during his speech in Kakul, but India showed no interest due to his aggressive position.
“Modi is politically weaker today than ever in the recent history of India,” added Tarar, stating that despite the calls to the peace of Pakistan, the government assured that its intentions would not be confused with weakness.

He also accused India of trying to arm water, questioning how any country could unilaterally terminate an international treaty.
Tarar said that journalists were shown the areas that India attributed to pulwama to demonstrate the infundation of accusations.
Earlier on Wednesday, Pakistan “categorically rejected” the Indian statements made during a parliamentary debate about the so -called “Sindoor Operation”, accusing New Delhi of distorting facts, glorifying the aggression and seeking the internal political mileage through provocative narratives.
In an official statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the spokesman said that the statements made by Indian leaders during the Lok Sabha debate reflected a “dangerous tendency” to misrepresent the truth and justify the unilateral aggression.
“Pakistan categorically rejects the statements without foundation and provocative statements made by Indian leaders during Lok Sabha’s debate about the so -called ‘Sindoor Operation’,” said the spokesman. “These statements reflect a dangerous tendency to distort facts, justify aggression and glorify the conflict for domestic consumption.”
