Nathan’s Hot Dog champion ‘motivated’ by Chestnut Return

Joey Chestnut’s return to Raby Island on July 4 can come with a wrinkle.
Chestnut was not eligible to compete in the Nathan hot dog eating contest last year after a dispute derived from his signature with impossible foods.
However, with weeks leftover, all parties reached an agreement to obtain the goat of competitive eating in Brooklyn on Independence Day.

However, people will join the chestnut for the ethical treatment of animals (PETA).
In a press release sent to Pak Gazette Digital, Peta said that “Tommy Tofu and his Friends Peta will be there in the famous contest to eat hot dogs in Nathan, distributing hundreds of tasty Hot Dogs Vegans while challenging the hungry spectators to enjoy a fourth and tasty room that is also friendly with the animals.”
“The Hot Dogs Vegan are delicious and friendly, and who really wants to support the slaughterhouses, the word is enough, buying what comes out of them,” said Peta’s executive, Tracy Reiman, TMZ. “Peta encourages everyone to let freedom sound for everyone leaving animals at peace this July 4 and beyond.”

Nathan hot dog eating contest: Joey Chestnut returns to Coney Island as a great favorite
Chestnut has dealt with a protester during the competition before. Approximately half of the 2022 event, the protesters ran the stage, at least one with a Darth Vader mask, while carrying posters that said “expose Smithfield Deathstar.” Smithfield is an important food processing company in Smithfield, Virginia, specialized in pork products. Nathan’s famous is a Frank All-Beef.
All with a cast on the leg of a broken tendon, Chestnut put a protester in a head key and dropped it to the ground. He still managed to leave 63 dogs and win the event convincingly, although he said he cost five Vienists.

Last year, Peta planned “to bombard the viewers of the competition” and brought a truck to encourage fans to be vegans.
Chestnut is obviously the overwhelming favorite for Friday’s event, since he has won 16 of the last 17 competitions he has competed, just losing to Matt Stonie in 2015. His record is 76 dogs and buns.
