LAHORE:
The Superior Court of Lahore (LHC) has issued notices to the relevant authorities, looking for their responses on a request that defies the alleged misuse of the Punjab government funds for the personal and political promotion of the Supreme PML-N Nawaz Sharif and the Prime Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz.
Judge Farooq Haider took the petition presented by Ashba Kamran, who argued that public funds for well -being and employment creation were being used for the political brand of Nawaz and Maryam.
Then, the court ordered the interested authorities to submit their responses within two weeks.
