- Pexar Starlight is a digital photo frame with wall light
- The 15.6-inch Full HD touch screen is calibrated in color, with an anti-glare finish
- There are 64 GB of internal storage, plus the photos can be loaded remotely
Better known for external units and memory cards, Lexar was a new name in digital photo frames when he launched his Pexar Sub-Brand and delivered the impressive 11-inch digital image frame in 2024 (now resides in our guide to the best photo frames). Now, Pexar has expanded its rank with a new innovative addition.
The Pexar Starlight is not only larger, with an HD Full HD tactile screen of 15.6 inches, but offers an industry industry: wall lighting. You can see the images below to have an idea of how the framework looks at daylight with its anti-glare finish, in addition to a slower environment, where it really comes alive with its gallery style lighting.
It seems important with digital photo frames, both the quality of the screen and the frame finish. The star of the star looks at the top level, with wooden grain finish, mat similar to the canvas and a single wall lighting.
There are multiple ways of loading images in the frame (JPEG / PNG / Webp or Heic Wills, MP4 or 3GP videos): Through the memory card, the flash unit or wirelessly, using the complementary application, which works remotely from anywhere.
There are also 64 GB of built -in storage, which is sufficient space for 80,000 images of 1920x1080p. The frame can be mounted or rest in a sideboard using slippage of slippery metal, in vertical or horizontal format.
Is it worth it?
In a sense, digital photo frames can feel old hat given how most people look at the photos on their phones these days. However, I have given one to my parents and I know how much they appreciate it, especially the new occasional photos that appear within the framework of their grandchildren, up remotely by me, several hours by car.
A high quality digital frame can really allow your photos to shine, especially one like the light of 15 -inch stars. That said, I personally believe that the size of the screen is an uncomfortable medium: a bit too small for a wall and a little too large for a coffee table. Even so, I hope that Pexar’s star light is a success, especially in the period prior to Christmas holidays.
Pexar Starlight will go on sale on November 6, 2025, and there is currently an early discount of $ 100 for those who record interest for that link. I have no US prices.
Review my full frame that is also in the pipe: If the 11 -inch Pexar framework is something to happen, I expect good things.
