A golf fan obtained a rather painful memory in the RBC Heritage on Thursday.
The tournament was the first since Rory Mcilroy won his first masters and completed a Grand Slam of his career.
Despite Augusta’s mental and physical routine, some of the most important names of golf made the trip to Harbor Town golf links in South Carolina.

Billy Horschel was among them, but he found himself in an awkward situation.
In Hole 10 Par 4, Horschel hit his exit blow too far to the right, and ended up hitting a fan on his leg, bouncing towards the street before settling in the rough.
I didn’t know at that time, but Horschel was informed when he approached the ball that had hit the woman.
Then, he signed his leg, and the two shared a hug.
It was only one of the difficult day shooting for Horschel, who shot a uniform round but is tied in 51st place with another nine.

The two -time PGA champion, Justin Thomas, led the way with a 10 bass 61, while Russell Henley and the winner of the 2022 and 2024 masters, Scottie Scheffler, are three blows back.

The RBC Heritage is the fifth signature event, so there is no cutting line. Then, Horschel still has an external opportunity to invent land.
