Islamabad:
A Constitutional Bank of seven members of the Supreme Court, led by Judge Aminuddin Khan, dismissed on Thursday a request that seeks an investigation into the scandal of the University of Islamia of Bahawalpur as inadmissible.
Judge Aminuddin Khan said that a JC Judge had investigated the matter and was resolved. Judge Mazhar told the lawyer that the case was in the jurisdiction of LHC, therefore, it should approach the LHC. However, the lawyer replied that the case was limited to Punjab alone.
Judge Musarrat Hilali asked the lawyer what he wanted from the Court. In that, Bhutta replied that the registration should be summoned from the Punjab government.
