- PlayStation just released its 2025 summary
- It seems to work for some, but loading times are slow.
- In 2024, PlayStation Wrap-Up completely collapsed
It’s December, and that means year-end wrap-ups are all the rage, and not to be left behind by Spotify or Apple Music, PlayStation is entering the scene again with its now-annual PlayStation Wrap-Up.
Like the 2024 edition, PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 lets you remember your year playing on PS5 or PS4. It features key data like your top games, how much you played, and even information about how you play, as well as the accessories you use in some cases, all on a dedicated home page.
Unfortunately, like last year, although apparently not due to a complete failure, PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 is a bit slow after logging in and progressing through the experience, at least for some.
I repeatedly encountered a “Uh oh… Looks like something went wrong :(“ screen. Although some other people, according to online posts, did it successfully.
However, the odds may be more in your favor, so let’s see how to access PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 and what the PS5 maker is offering in this year’s edition.
To get started, you’ll need a PlayStation account and at least 10 hours of gameplay on a PS5 or PS4. If you meet those requirements, you can head over to Fair warning: I can’t even get the “Uh-oh.” screen: refresh or try to log in only gives me a 500 Internal Server Error.
On my first login, I quickly saw my list of top games, with Grand Theft Auto V at the top. However, when I tried to click on the next set of data, I got the “Uh-oh.” screen, then an error page and finally a server error. It seems like a flood of people are trying to view your summary. It’s working for some users, according to posts on Reddit and X (formerly Twitter), but results are mixed.
Considering last year’s complete meltdown, when PlayStation had to pull the plug on the experience, it’s doing a little better this year, though we’ll have to monitor it closely to see if the issues persist. I was able to log back in and get a better look at the games I played this year (12 in total), but I still can’t get to the next slide.
PlayStation’s Wrap-Up 2025 announcement blog post shows that it will also share all trophies earned, total hours spent playing, and detailed genre breakdowns. Even more interesting is the preview of information tailored to the devices you use with your PlayStation, like the PSVR 2, your favorite DualSense controller – Icon Blue, anyone? – and the Portal handheld device.
It’s clear that some people have come in and are looking at a nice shared card, with a classic PlayStation theme, that is ready to publish. Just check out this Reddit thread, where some users can’t load the experience and others compare notes on best games and total hours spent playing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rush of people trying to get their own PlayStation Wrap-Up 2025 is causing all this instability.
I got to the next screen, which showed my gender, but then I encountered another 500 error. After a few refreshes, I was back to the main login screen. So if you’re in the same boat, lots of updates and patience may be the key.
You can try logging in and watching the PlayStation 2025 recap here, but be warned: it’s slow and may cause errors. Hopefully, PlayStation is on the case; We’ve reached out for an update.
In the meantime, let us know in the comments below if the Wrap-Up experience works for you and share what your most played title of 2025 is.
