Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to express solidarity with the situation of the law and the order of People’s review during his visit to Quetta after the sequelae of the mortal incident of kidnapping of Jaffar Express.
The visit of the prime minister occurs after the security forces eliminated the 33 terrorists of the Baluchistan Liberation Army (Bla) who had kidnapped the Jaffar Express, which led to more than 400 passengers, which were taken as hostages, on Tuesday.
When announcing the completion of the two -day operation, the director of the public director of Public Relations, the Director of Public Relations, the Lieutenant of Public Relations, Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, said that the Armed Forces participated in the action against the terrorists who “remained in contact with their facilitators and intellectual author based in Afghanistan through a satellite phone.”
The units of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), the Special Services Group (SSG), the Army and the Frontier body (FC) participated in the operation, said the army spokesman.
In pointing out that all hostages had been released, the army spokesman revealed that the terrorists were martyred by the terrorists before the authorization operation began. In addition, four FC staff were also martyred during the attack in the Mushqaf area of the Bolan district.
“Whoever has done this will be persecuted and taken before justice,” said Lieutenant General Chaudhry, adding that suicide bombers, present near the hostages that use them as human shields, were taken by snipers.
Meanwhile, with an emergency imposed on Sibi and Civil Quetta, at least 29 injured in the Jaffar Express incident have moved to the provincial capital, of which 16 and 13 have been taken to the CMH and the Civil Hospital, respectively.
According to hospital administration, the condition of injured passengers is stable and are out of danger. In addition, 47 passengers have been transferred to Quetta from Machh.
Meanwhile, the bodies of the martyred together with several of the injured in the incident have been transferred to the Machh train station and will be sent to their native areas after necessary administrative requirements.
In reaction to the unfortunate incident, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif criticized Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) for using a language similar to that used by the Indian media and Afghanistan accounts on social media platforms.
“We need to overcome political interests and demonstrate national unity [on such occasions]”Asif said.
