Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will embark on an official two -day visit to the United Arab Emirates (EAU) on Monday to participate in the World Summit of Governments in Dubai, according to officials.
The visit comes for the invitation of the Vice President of the EAU and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum, who is also the ruler of Dubai.
The Summit will bring together the heads of State, global policy formulators and business leaders to discuss governance, innovation and international cooperation. This will be the second visit of Shehbaz Sharif to the EAU since he assumed the office in March 2024.
Shehbaz Sharif will be accompanied by a high -level delegation, including the Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, together with members of the Senior Cabinet. The delegation aims to strengthen Pakistan’s diplomatic and economic ties with the EAU and other global partners.
During the visit, PM will deliver an opening speech at the summit, where you will describe Pakistan’s vision for inclusive economic growth, digital transformation and governance reforms.
He will also hold bilateral meetings with leaders of the EAU, will commit to other heads of state and meet with the CEO of the main multinational companies to explore economic and investment opportunities.
The visit underlines Pakistan’s commitment to deepen his association with the EAU, promote economic collaboration and look for new areas of cooperation for mutual prosperity.
