In a new turn to kidnapping and high profile murder of Mustafa Amir, the investigation has indicated to the possible participation of the police in the horrible crime.
The sources confirmed that the investigation into the possible connections of Armughan Qurughan Qurughanhi with the Police led the investigators to their association with the investigation officer (IO) Nadeem, which was serving in PS Gizri. Despite being interrogated during the investigation, Io Nadeem was then authorized by any misconduct.
More details of the investigation suggest that, after registering a case against Archughan in PS Gizri, he allegedly transferred a sum of specific money to Io Nadeem through the Rahim bank account, an employee of the suspect. Researchers are currently investigating the reason behind this transaction.
The investigators discovered a disturbing incident of January, when Armughan allegedly physically assaulted a woman. According to the reports, the suspect later made a phone call to an unidentified officer in the southern police, urging the victim’s arrest and the presentation of a case manufactured against him. However, police records indicate that no measures were taken on this application.
Retract the confessional statement
Armughan has cheated on the police once again by denying accusations related to the case. He promised to give a confessional statement in the morning, but when he appeared before the judicial magistrate, he denied. The court commented that Armughan’s mental state was not adequate to register a confessional statement, as the crime had previously admitted, but then retracted his statement.
