The former quiacado of after Malone wants the complete physical custody of his daughter.
Hee Sung “Jamie” Park presented the documents to the Superior Court of Los Angeles on Wednesday, looking for the primary physical custody of the two and a half years of the couple who is being referred to by their initial DDP.
The presentation also reveals that Park wants joint legal custody and is open to give Visits to Malone, People’s magazine reported. She also wants the 29 -year -old Grammy winner, to cover her legal fees.
“The court can make orders for the support of children and issue a profits of no notice to any of the parties.”
The former welcomed a daughter in May 2022, only a few weeks after announcing what they expected. The 29 -year -old rapper jumped the official birth announcement and subtly mentioned the happy news in a conversation with Howard Stern in June 2022.
Since then, he has maintained his personal life secret, with the identity of his ex that he reveals himself only in the midst of his battle of custody.
In March, Malone came out with an alleged new girlfriend, Christy Lee, without announcing a break with his ex.
By TMZThe rapper canceled his commitment to Park towards the end of 2024 and has been dating Lee “since at least the beginning of this year.” Only two weeks ago, Malone and Lee dressed for an excursion in Beefbar in Paris.
Lee is a student at the Parsons Design School and has worked with multiple celebrities while in the celebrity stylist Kristina Askerova.
