President Asif Ali Zardari was admitted to a private hospital in Karachi after his health deteriorated.
Initially he was taken to the hospital from Nawabshah after fever complaints and an infection, said Express News on Tuesday.
According to the reports, President Zardari underwent several medical tests, and doctors are closely monitoring their condition.
Sources from the Popular Party of Pakistan (PPP) confirmed that a team of doctors is providing intensive care and treatment for the former president.
The party leaders have assured the public, stating that the condition of President Zardari has improved and now has a better health.
The situation remains under observation, and more updates are expected in the next few days, they added.
