Lucy Hale marks three years of sobriety.
On January 2, the pretty Little Liars The actress took to Instagram to reflect on her journey.
Hale posted a screenshot of her sobriety tracker, a photo of herself, and a motivational quote from Devi Brown.
In the caption, Hale reflected on his progress and said, “Damn. 3 years ago today I began my journey to remember who I am. Since then, I have experienced moments that can only be described as pure miracles and magic.”
She further added: “I am deeply grateful every day, for the people who have been guiding lights, for a power greater than me that loves me unconditionally, and for my own perseverance to not give up. To all of you who have supported my journey, I have felt your love and it means the world to me.”
“If you are struggling or traveling a similar path, continue. Just keep going. “You are not alone and the world needs you,” the actress concluded.
