Douglas Booth has revealed that his father tragically took his own life in May this year.

Booth posted a childhood photo with him and included a photo showing his wife and actress Bel Powley with him.
In the post, the star wrote: “On May 4th of this year, my father tragically took his life. I have struggled to find words for this loss.
There are questions that I will never have answers to and little by little I am learning to live with that. What I do know is that my father was a gentle, kind and generous man, and he is deeply missed.”
