Prime Minister reviews improvement projects in KP

ISLAMABAD:

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday held an important meeting with Members of Parliament and political leaders of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa to discuss the overall political landscape of the country and review the progress of ongoing development projects in the province.

The meeting, held at the Prime Minister’s Office, focused on federal efforts to boost socio-economic development in KP and improve coordination between central and provincial stakeholders, according to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office.

Prime Minister Shehbaz reiterated the government’s commitment to equitable development in all regions and highlighted that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa remains a key priority on the national agenda.

The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction over the pace of development work and directed relevant authorities to expedite key infrastructure and welfare projects. He also emphasized the need for sustained political commitment to ensure stability and growth in the province.

Among the prominent figures present at the meeting were Federal Ministers Engineer Amir Muqam, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, Attaullah Tarar and Rana Mubashir Iqbal. Adviser to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah was also in attendance, along with Members of Parliament Peer Sabir Shah, Captain (R) Safdar, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Ikhtiyar Wali and Sardar Mushtaq.
