Prince Andrew may not be done making headlines as royal experts have warned he could consider making an explosive move to get revenge on the royal family.
According the sun, The former Duke of York could end up writing a book or speaking out if he feels even more isolated from the monarchy.
After renouncing his title as Duke of York and stepping away from public duties due to his connection to Jeffrey Epstein, questions remain over what role he continues to play within the royal family.
Speaking to the publication, royal expert Phil Dampier said that if he is removed from his royal residence or other official positions, Andrew or even his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson could choose to publicly share their side of the story.
“If he gets cornered and exiled completely, who’s to say he or his ex-wife won’t write another book…or start hitting back?” Dampier said.
He added: “If pushed hard enough, he too could voluntarily stop calling himself prince. They can’t take it away from him, it would be a last resort.”
“But the problem is that just when you think things can’t get any worse for Andrew, it happens. So the options to ‘punish’ him are running out,” she continued.
“They can try to force him out of the Royal Lodge, but they’ve tried it before. He’s a State Councilor, they could take it away from him… they could take him out of the line of succession or they could take away his title of prince.
“But that would be virtually impossible without him doing it voluntarily.”
