Prince William met with a group of young Brazilian leaders during his visit to Belem.

In the midst of the Prince of Wales’ current visit to Brazil, he held a meeting within the framework of the British Council’s Next Generation program.

The official Instagram account of the Prince and Princess of Wales posted photos of the meeting on Thursday.

In the caption, William described the group as “inspiring young people” who are making a real difference to “our shared future.”

The caption read: “Meeting with young Brazilian leaders from the British Council’s Next Generation program here in Belém.”

He added: “These inspiring young people are driving action on climate and inclusion for our shared future.”

“The Emílio Goeldi Museum is the oldest museum in the Amazon and a center of science and culture since 1866; it is fantastic to discuss here the ideas of Brazil’s next generation, including the hopes and priorities of the people who shape the future of the nation,” the caption further revealed.

The visit marks a milestone in Prince William, The Prince of Wales’s outreach for his Earthshot Prize initiative.
