Prince William challenges King Charles over major Andrew decision

Prince William has made his feelings clear regarding calls for a criminal investigation into his ‘disgraced’ uncle, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, following the publication of new information in Epstein’s files.

The close friend of the Prince of Wales revealed that he wants Britons and people around the world to respect the monarchy by standing up for the truth.

In particular, William has reportedly “defied” his father, King Charles, as he apparently does not want his brother to testify in court.

Royal expert Tom Sykes shared: “William’s friends have told me that he ‘would not hesitate’ to make it known that Andrew would face a police ‘investigation’ investigation if he were king.”

William “genuinely believes that the monarchy cannot remain popular and respected if it does not at least give the appearance of respecting the principle that no man is above the law,” the royal commentator said.

On the other hand, King Charles “does not want” a police investigation to be opened in AndrĂ©s’ case. Instead, the monarch reportedly continued to support his brother financially following his move from Royal Lodge to Wood Lodge.

Duncan Larcombe, another royal expert, said: “I think the king will pay whatever is necessary and fund his brother, in a way he has no choice.”
