Prince William just named his favorite Christmas classics!
As the royal, 42, spoke on the Royal Marsden Hospital radio station, where he has served as chairman since 2007, he told host Barry Alston that when it comes to Christmas music, his choice is “a little different.”
“For this particular chat with you, Barry, I’m going to say merry christmas “It’s my favorite Christmas song because it’s a little different,” he said.
However, he didn’t rule out the crowd favorite, the Queen of Christmas, saying: “I could say Mariah Carey, who I love very much too.”
“That’s a good one, and obviously there are a lot of others, but I think I’ll probably go with Merry christmas. “It’s a little more cheerful,” added the Prince of Wales.
The future king’s preference for the song is also an indication of his linguistic prowess and, according to The mirrorHe is fluent in Spanish, French, German and Swahili.
After naming his favorite Christmas song, Prince William named his favorite Christmas movie and revealed: “I’d have to say it’s probably Elf. “It’s so funny, I still watch it every Christmas and it still makes me laugh.”
