Prince William is planning something surprising for his wife, Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, following her battle with cancer.
The source close to the couple told a media outlet, according to OK! Magazine, “Wills is always romantic: Kate values her time alone, nothing is more special than having her prince to herself.
“So he’s planning a romantic getaway, just the two of them; Wills has set the wheels in motion to take Kate.”
Royal insiders further said: “Those close to them would not be surprised if the royal couple took this time to reaffirm their wedding vows in a private blessing.
“This has been a difficult year for Kate and Wills and a complete emotional rollercoaster.”
Prince William has confided in friends that everything has gotten in his way, but “he’s proud of how they’ve weathered the storm,” the source said.
The future king has cared for Kate throughout her health journey last year, “However, he has watched as Kate has had to operate on autopilot this year to put on a normal show for the children and get by.”
Sources further said it would be great for them to have time to “reconnect.”
