The Royal Family published on Thursday the details of the two -day visit of Prince William William and Kate Middleton to the Islands of Mull and Iona, Scotland.

An Instagram publication said: “The Duke and the Duchess of Rothesay have been on the islands of Mull and Ion this week, spending time with the local community to reflect on the power of social connection and the importance of protecting the natural environment.”

He also listed the places visited by the royal couple during their visit.

Prince William and his wife Kate visited a picturesque Scottish island on Tuesday to celebrate their 14th wedding anniversary and carry out their highest profile joint trip this year.

Neither the Kensington Palace nor the Buckingham Palace mentioned the wedding anniversary of William and Kate in their statements.

Instead of marking the occasion at home, the prince and the princess of Wales, one of the most glamorous couples in the world, returned to Scotland for a two -day visit to the islands of Mull and Iona, part of the hebrid archipelago off the west coast.

They began the trip in the city of Tobermory, famous for their bright colored houses that give to the port, with a relaxed appearance while smiling and greeted a multitude of supporters to the strains of a gaiter in the background.

They visited a community center before walking through an artisanal market where they talked with the students and posed for images with the locals.

In X, the couple shared photos greeting the community, including producers in the local market, and thanked them for the “warm welcome and a brilliant afternoon in Tobermory.”

They also said they were proud to support the renewal of Hall rings, a place that organizes community events.

The British media reported that after their official duties, they passed their anniversary in a small isolated cars that are in Mull, famous for their dramatic and beautiful landscape.
